reBLISS's Academy LIS is an innovative platform that helps promote mentorship by providing real-world learning, networking and positive peer pressure to convert a raw college student into a confident and employable candidate. We help students focus on their skills and support them to step ahead in their lives.

Why reBLISS Academy LIS ?

After spending a year handling human resources, one thing we understand is that there is a wide gap between academic and professional skills among students. You can find lots of examples around you where a high achiever in college with good literacy and numeracy skills, but a poor performer professionally. There can be many reasons. But one reason that fits in most cases is that students don’t choose courses aligning with their interests and skills, making them struggle professionally. Various candidates are struggling to find their dream job and at the same time, various employers are dissatisfied with their employees’ work.

GET READY WITH reBLISS Academy

Our experts in LIS, through a professional learning program, provide all the necessary information to college students so that they can achieve their dream job. These include guiding them on several factors such as career guidance, interview skills, industry exposure and intensive training.

LIS provides two-phased programs including preparation and practice. These programs ensure candidates with the required training and coaching to become successful professionals.

Prepare Phase

In this phase, students get intensive multi-week training using self-paced training modules as well as in-person sessions through experienced coaches. The phase, which covers almost 1-2 weeks depending on the chosen domain, focuses on theory-based learning and proper knowledge of the subject. In this phase, experts prepare students to successfully move to the next phase of the program by imparting the required technical skills.

Practice Phase

Once candidates have gained a proper understanding in phase one, they move to the practice phase where they get industry-specific on-the-job training. Here they get a dedicated coach for personalised support and developing their technical and soft skills while they work on the ground. However, depending on the chosen domain, the phase may take 6-10 weeks.
